The team you’ll be part of

Order Management will play a key role in Nokia’s exciting Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business. Service Catalogue Manager plays an important role by being responsible for maintaining the Service Catalogue, ensuring that all information within the Service Catalogue is accurate and up-to-date.

In this role you will have the opportunity to work with our internal business platform, as well as with hyperscaler marketplaces (Microsoft, Amazon, Google). SaaS is a growing business with the ambition to operate at large scale.

We are looking for a candidate with combined experience with SaaS Service Catalog, performing business analysis, providing recommendations for catalog improvements, coordinating with customer success stakeholders on requirements, business services and implementation.


What you will learn and contribute to

Specifically, you are responsible for:

  • For the maintenance of the SaaS Service Catalogue in conjunction with internal service and technology owners. 
  • Ensures up to date service information is available in SaaS internal business platform and marketplaces for end users, that items are retired, made live, and amended as required
  • Completes regular reviews of the Catalogue with internal stakeholders to ensure that new services released comply with gate approval requirements (all service collaterals are available and approved)
  • Supports the Service Owners in maintaining the accuracy of the Service Request Catalogue
  • Propose new features/changes to improve portfolio offerings channels
  • Make a constant evaluation of chat/service quality and take actions for better automation
  • Contribution to Services tendering during Pre-Sales

Your skills and experience

You have:

  • You know and understand SaaS business and want to bring a world class experience to Nokia customers
  • Lean, continuous improvement and customer-centric mindset
  • Working knowledge of service ordering portals is essential to be able to update catalogue items quickly and efficiently
  • Comfortable with using technology as a communication medium
  • Fully conversant with Microsoft Office Professional including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and common diagramming tools
  • Excellent spoken and written Business English skills and the ability to write clear and concise text for different audiences
  • High integrity and compliance with Nokia Platform principles (Open, Fearless Empowered)
  • Low resistance to change, agility in taking on different responsibilities

It would be nice if you also had:

  • ITIL 4 Foundation certification is a plus
  • Working experience with Service Now
  • Experience with hyperscalers marketplaces (Azure, AWS and Google Cloud)
  • You know Nokia SELL/SUPPLY/DELIVER processes and can find your way around the organization to get things done
