Helpdesk and Service Desk Specialist (C/Inglês)

We are looking for a Helpdesk and Service Desk Specialist to join our team:
 
 
Overall mission:
    
·                 Contribute to the proper functioning of the entire IT environment, following all processes and best practices by correctly supporting users with innovative and objective solutions, to facilitate the daily work of operations.
 

Responsibilities:

·                 Create Guides and Tips documents to prevent future issues;
·                 Support all users using the IT tools provided by CRYOPDP in person and remotely;
·                 Support the network, Azure servers, and Windows VM's;
·                 Create or improve the Knowledge base after a problem is solved and keep everything well documented;
·                 Include and keep the inventory tool well filled;
·                 Be available if needed to cover the 24/7 service for IT emergency;
·                 Contribute to the evolution of the maturation of users with regard to digital security.
 
 
Requirements:
 
·                 5-years experience in IT Service / End-user & helpdesk
·                 Strong experience in IT Solution provider
·                 Knowledge of Azure Servers environment
·                 Knowledge of IT network
·                 Troubleshooting/problem-solving skills
·                 Ability to learn quickly
·                 Teamwork skills
·                 Fluent in English
