We are looking for a Business Analyst with more than 2 years of experience in IT projects/solutions, with excellent communication skills, a good eye for detail, task orientated, and a completer / finisher to ensure our delivered projects are fully adopted by the business going forwards.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring that Business Requirements are fully developed and documented e.g. functional, non-functional and reporting requirements;
- Act as the central control point for business analysis activities including working with the client and technical teams;
- Provide assistance and support for the definition of the operational processes and procedures;
- Assist the business to produce workarounds where requirements cannot be met fully;
- Specify and Plan actions/enhancements;
Skills and Experience
- At least 2 years' experience in a Business Analyst role, within a financial institution, telco or utilities provider;
- Working experience of project and analysis techniques and supporting tools for requirement definition and documentation;
- Excellent interpersonal, interviewing and presentation skills;
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral);
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team;
- Excellent knowledge of the MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Proven ability to integrate with the team and build relationships with clients;
- Availability to travel;
- Fluency in English (written and spoken). French is a plus.
