Embedded Software Engineer

Dellent is a portuguese consulting, technology services and outsourcing company, focused mainly on IT and telecommunication services, and we are hiring an Embedded Software Engineer for a long term contract role in Coimbra and Vila Real.

Key Responsibilities:
- Undertaking software development for embedded systems;
- Performing verification & validation testing of embedded systems.

Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- An academic background in engineering or similar;
- Software development experience, from initial requirements elicitation to design, coding, testing, documentation, implementation, integration and training;
- Knowledge of embedded software development in microcontrollers;
- Solid experience with the Ada, C or C++ programming language (5+);
- Tools (for example, SCADE and MATLAB);
- A team player, good oral and written communication skills (english);
- Availability to travel, mainly within Europe.
