Application Support (Level 1/Level 2)

Dellent is a Portuguese consulting, technology services and outsourcing company, focused mainly on IT and Telecommunication services, and we are hiring an Application Support (Level 1/Level 2) for a project in Porto.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 1+ year of experience in support (1st and 2nd lines) as well as business analysis;
- Working understanding/experiencie of relational database SQL is mandatory;
- Proven experience in Level 1 support: Users Habilitations, application settings, hot fix in prod, relaunch failed reports and in  Level 2 Support: Analyze and fix of profitability computations, analyze and fix application feed intersystems;
- Knowledge of SSAS, SSRS is a plus; 
- Qlikview / QlikSense experience is valued;
- Detailed oriented person;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
