PMO Consultant
Requirements:
• Management and monitoring of project evolution;
• Identification of risks and mitigation measures;
• Identification of opportunities for improvement and promotion of their operationalization;
• Management of relationships with different stakeholders;
• Engineering/management training;
• Experience in projects for more than 4 years and in management of technological projects for more than 2 years;
• Experience in MS project over 1 year;
• Knowledge of office and project methodologies;
• Experience in Banking (preferred).
Main Tasks:
• Ensure that all activities have an associated owner;
• Monitoring ongoing project activities;
• Schedule alignment sessions between streams and follow up on the following actions:
- Activities completed since the last project status
- Activities expected to be completed by the next project status
- Risks, issues, dependencies and system unavailability
- Evolution of the project plan and success metrics (KPIs)
- Monitoring the implementation of the project scope
- Identification of delayed activities;
• Update of the plan and action for each stream;
• Update of project documentation;
• Carry out the project's executive report;
