SAP QM Consultant
Responsibilities:
• Conduct SAP QM process configuration to meet client business requirements, including connection points with other modules
• Use service specific tools and procedures
• Identify opportunities to enhance existing business operations using new SAP functions
• Identify root causes and solution for recurrent problems
• Update and maintain all SAP documentation and knowledge database
• Create detailed technical specifications for ABAP team
• Work with other IT personnel on any configuration change affecting areas outside of SAP's modules and perform rigorous testing
Required qualifications:
• Fluent in English
• Minimum of 5 years of Experience of SAP QM Implementation process: Business process analysis, System configuration, Testing, Documentation, End-user training, and Production support.
• Open to work with different cultures and mind sets
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills both technical and user focused.
• Experience with S4 Hana is a plus
• Experience in rollouts projects is a plus
• Debugging skills is a plus
• Experience working with on/off shore team is a plus
