CyberArk Operator

We are looking to hire a CyberArk operator to join to PAM Product Support team. In this role you will assist in/contribute to: 
• managing the production CyberArk infrastructure 
• acting as 2nd line support for our CyberArk products 
• patching of CyberArk infrastructure and its components
• managing vulnerabilities 
• In a later stage possibly performing support outside business hours as watch duty 
• Working experience between 3 – 5 year with at least 2-3 years within the Privileged Access domain (PAM)
• Knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP (this is considered a must). 
• Proficient knowledge of CyberArk and knowledge of the different components.(PVWA, Vaults, CPM, PSM, AAM)
• Experience in managing incidents & problems 
• Experience with change & release management
• Experience with SailPoint, Network infrastructure & Azure AD (considered as a plus) 
• Experience in using tools as ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Teams and MS Office suite 
• Experience in Agile methodology (considered as a plus) 
• Motivation, autonomy and a team player spirit 
• Strong communication skills 
• High flexibility and resilience
• A “Can Do” mentality
