IAM Specialist
You will deliver:
IAM Analysis
o Work with several stakeholders to gather information regarding both the current IAM situation and the desired situation.
o Identify the organizational goals to which IAM processes must contribute.
o Analyse responsibility and ownership of IAM, as well as how this responsibility is handled on an organizational level.
o Identify which rules and regulations are relevant for the organization and what impact IAM has on compliance.
o Examine the processes used within the organization to fulfil the responsibilities, including the data and information used within the processes.
IAM Design
o Recommend a IAM solution that meets the high-level IGA requirements, including identity lifecycle management, access lifecycle management, account lifecycle management & provisioning and identity Governance
o The solution should have the following features:
o Functional, governance and process design
o Product mapping with a focus on Microsoft Entra ID
o Benchmarking to leading industry IGA solutions (Sailpoint, Omada, Savyint)
o Optional: Migration planning
Requirements:
o Proven implementation expertise for Identity and Access Management processes
o Experience and knowledge of diverse IAM/IGA solutions. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Entra is an important asset
o A relevant track record of at least 5 years relevant work
o A pragmatic attitude towards information security and ICT in general
o Able to work independently and adapt to dynamic situations
o Hard-working, proactive, results-oriented, and thorough
o Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
o Able to work well under pressure
o Experience collaborating with different individuals and stakeholders across the organisation
o Communication skills in both technical and non-technical topics
o Fluent in English
o Command of French and/or Dutch is an asset
