Oracle DBA - Lisbon, Braga or Coimbra
- Must be currently in Portugal with no necessity of travel out of the country.
- It is strictly prohibited to work for the project outside of Portugal
- Hybrid in the Lisbon, Braga or Coimbra office.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience as a DBA.
- 6+ years PostgreSQL.
- 6+ years SQL Server.
Migration Experience in (mandatory, without exceptions):
- Oracle to Postgresql;
- Sql Server to Postgresql.
- Ora2Pg Experience (nice to have).
- Oracle Database Administration.
- Installation and Configuration.
- Performance Tuning and Optimization.
- Backup and Recovery.
- Security and User Management.
- Patching and Upgrades.
- Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution.
- Scripting and Automation.
- Database Design and Schema Management.
- Communication and Collaboration: Effective communication skills are vital for interacting with stakeholders.
- Pentaho Community Edition a.k.a. Kettle knowledge (highly valued).
