Enterprise Architect
Requirements:
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, COBIT, Zachman…, and actual
experience developing and building models based on such framework
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture notations such as ArchiMate, BPMN…
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture tools such as ARIS…
- Experience defining and implementing strategies under a CIO or equivalent
- Ability to combine many different skills and experiences to address and solve business, information, and technology related opportunities and problems
- Extensive experience with enterprise architecture best practices and goals
- Excellent leadership and conciliation skills
- Communications skills, both verbal (e.g.: presentations, seminars, etc.), and written (e.g.: reports, articles, etc.).
- Group session facilitation.
- Promotion skills (“selling” the results of architectural approaches through presentations).
- Analysis and design.
- Modelling and graphical representations and abstractions.
- In depth knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g RUP);
- Experience of Workflow applications;
- Experience with relational databases;
- Experience in complex UI interface development;
- Experience with WS SOAP development on Oracle Web Logic application server, Oracle middleware products (SOA Suite), APIs: XSD, SOAP, JAX-WS, JAXB, JEE 6 environment and standards, EJB3, jQuery, Angular, Java, Eclipse, Ant, XML, JavaScript, Apache.
- Ability to apply high quality standards to all tasks; Good reporting methods;
- Capacity in writing and presenting studies, to give presentations about the project;
- Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, good communication skills;
- Capability of integration in an international/multi-cultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in team working
SPECIFIC EXPERTISE
Following specific expertise is mandatory for the performance of tasks:
- Minimum 5 years of practical experience with Interoperability and Web Services technologies (competence level min. 3)
- Minimum 5 years of practical experience with BPMN / Workflow technologies
- Minimum 5 years of practical experience with Angular
