System Integration and Workflow Specialist
Roles & Responsibilities
• Implementation and continuous improvement of ITIL processes, namely incident, problem and change management
• Provide user information ( wiki, FAQs) and related business documentation and reporting concerning the IT applications ( workflow management)
• Technical interventions and correction of issues in the DB tables using sql language
• Discussion in Jira with the business unit, the developers and the analysts in order to find the most fitting solutions case by case
Technologies and methodologies:
MS-Office, Knowledge base, wiki, FAQs, release notes, use cases, server logs, SoapUI, sql, Jira, ITIL, Compass (workflow management), SyGMa (grant management), PPGMS (portal for external users), Eris (handling of documents), Secunda (tools for access rights).
