We are looking for a IT Command Centre Operator to join our team:

 

Job description and core responsIbilities:

For one of the teams operating in 3 shifts during the week (6-14h, 14-22h, 22-6h), we are looking for an IT Command Centre (Control Room) operator to  monitor the IT infrastructure and applications (mainframe, middleware, network, Windows, AIX, Linux, Cloud, ...), interventions in case of alerts or incidents and (pre & post) evaluation & execution of IT changes.

 

Mandatory Tech Skills:

• Bachelor IT or equivalent

• At least 3 years of experience in IT

• At least basic knowledge of IT department, products and services 

• At least basic knowledge of mainframe & Control-M

• Fast learner on new technologies and tools  

• Good level of English 

 

Location: Hybrid (Brussels)
