DevOps Engineer
Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Systems and Platforms Administration
• Maintenance of application servers (tomcat, apache, nginx, etc)
• Migration of legacy applications to Kubernetes/Openshift and/or Cloud
• Support to Application Support and Development teams
• Prevention/Intervention 24/7
Requirements:
• Experience in management, operation and support in public cloud infrastructures (focus on GCP)
• Knowledge in implementing services (new and migrations) in Cloud environments (IaaS/Kubernetes/others)
• Good Troubleshooting / Post-Mortem capabilities
• Focus on Systems and Applications Security
• Operating systems administration: Scripting, Hardening, Tuning
• Knowledge with monitoring platforms and operational support (Nagios, Prometheus, Dynatrace,…)
• Knowledge of Networking and application and service balancing
• Knowledge and experience in container infrastructures such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Programming knowledge (Shell Scripting, Python, Perl, Go, ...)
• Knowledge of CI/CD
• Knowledge of Operational Automation (Ansible/Terraform/Helm, …)
• Knowledge of the main ITIL processes
• English and Portuguese domain
