What you will do
The Sales Representative works to improve an organization’ market position and achieve financial growth. This person helps achieving long-term organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
In this role, we expect you to:
§ Prospect for potential new local and international clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest and turn this into increased business;
§ Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client’s organization;
§ Plan approaches and pitches. Work with the team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
§ Establish a plan of persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with CAVEDIGITAL;
§ Build-up a rapport with new clients, and implement actions that aid in the achievement of the Business Development targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the maintenance of customer relationships;
§ Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients;
§ Work with senior level management, marketing, and technical staff to meet customer needs;
§ Strategic planning and reporting;
§ Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels;
§ Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales;
§ Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team;
§ Empower and enable the Business Development pipeline of new business coming into CAVEDIGITAL;
§ Obtain a thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions/services CAVEDIGITAL can provide, and of the company’s main competitors.
What we expect you to bring:
§ Proven experience as Sales Representative;
§ Solid technical background with hands on experience in digital technologies;
§ Ability to match client’s business requirements with product capabilities;
§ Self-driven, team player with desire to learn/grow;
§ Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills;
§ Attention to detail;
§ Ability to work effectively and meet deadlines.
§ Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Portuguese and English);
§ Proficient in Microsoft Office.
