Project Manager
Requirements:
• Training: basic IT or Management
Professional experience:
1. Basic experience in IT projects;
2. Experience managing teams or projects with responsibilities such as:
a) Ensure the application of the project management methodology
b) Ensure, at the beginning of the project/delivery, the identification/systematization of the scope, objectives, organization, actors, assumptions, deliverables, risks, estimated effort, costs, detailed project plan, resources to allocate, critical success factors, etc..
c) Ensure the preparation and maintenance of project management documentation
d) Ensure the timely treatment of the project's logistical needs
e) Ensure and lead, during the life cycle of the project/delivery, the methodological “parts” whose preparation/realization is under its responsibility.
f) Ensuring adequate management of project risks and problems in order to mitigate the impact of these situations.
g) Carry out the financial control of the budget (initial budget and approval of changes), and control the validation of invoices.
h) Ensuring the proper handling of changes to projects (changes in one or more dimensions: scope, cost, deadline or quality).
3. Fluency in Portuguese (Spoken and Written);
4. High experience in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Project, Project Online or similar project management tools
5. Good communication skills
