Requirements:
• Experience as Tech Lead in the sector.
• Experience in onboarding projects and technological knowledge in the banking or insurance area is valued;
• Ability to independently define and execute technical tasks;
• Experience in onboarding projects and technological knowledge in the banking or insurance area is valued;
• Soft-skills (communication, interpersonal relationships, proactivity, conflict management and negotiation);
• Good knowledge of Java/SpringBoot technology;
• Good knowledge of microservices/API's.
