DBA Oracle
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
· Present technical solutions on database modeling
· Compile and release versions to be applied in production (deployment process)
· Optimization of database engine and SQL code
· Preventive maintenance and control of these maintenances
· Responding to requests from developers, application administrators and infrastructures teams
· Developing scripts and any automated solutions that can ease the activity
· Maintenance of operational documentation (processes, workflows, tasks, etc)
Main technical requirements:
· 5 years + of experience in the role
· Experience with Oracle 12c and/or Oracle 19c
· Experience with Oracle RAC and Single Instance
· Experience with Oracle Recovery Manager (RMAN)
· Experience with Oracle Dataguard
· Solid experience in debugging and troubleshooting
· Strong experience on database query optimization techniques
· Strong knowledge of SQL
· Experience with export / import process
· Experience with GIT and/or Bitbucket
Other requirements:
· English proficiency
· French proficiency is a plus
· Good team player
· Good communication skills
· Experience with MS-SQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Sybase and/or Hadoop are a plus
