What are we building?

We are scaling our Product team at Infraspeak! 🚀

More than software we have a platform that enables our customers to build their own solution, picking up what best fits their needs in between a plethora of native apps, plug-and-play integrations, and IoT/Hardware components.

In parallel, we are continuously expanding the range of operations covered by our platform (from maintenance to energy management; from procurement to industrial ops… You name it!).

We did a lot already, but we are only 1% done 🙂

So we are now looking for an Integrations and Partnerships Product Manager to help us deliver amazing and impactful integration solutions while being a Source of Good Life to everyone around us.


What will you do? 

You will help us build the most integrated and integratable platform in the market, which will help us reach our goal of becoming the global reference IMMP.

You will be responsible for leading and contributing to the development of integrations as a Feature framework, building a key part of Infraspeak.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, identify integration use-cases, and manage the development of those integrations, while collaborating and iterating with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Delivery and Sales teams.

You will also:

  • Use creativity to solve problems efficiently and build targeted solutions

  • Create feature designs and specifications in collaboration with the engineering and design teams;

  • Support the Engineering team during the development stages to anticipate problems and needs;

  • Work with the Customer Success team to gather customer feedback and define priorities;

  • Manage the backlog and prioritise integrations;

  • Analyze metrics to understand customer behavior and integration performance

  • Communicate and train internal teams about new integration features.

  • Make mistakes and learn from them;

  • Keep learning and don’t be afraid of trying something new.


Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with previous experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or related roles, and relevant experience in customer-facing product development.

An excellent time and priority manager, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

The ideal candidate is also an excellent communicator, fluent in English, and focused on customer satisfaction.

It would be fantastic if you’d have a technological background related to software development and previous experience in leadership roles.

And even more if you'd have a solid experience in international B2B within the SaaS industry (but, don't worry if you don't, apply anyway 😜).
